Most often we ship priority .
Even with free shipping, you can expect to get your product from 1-5 days after you place your order.
Shipping tracking info is emailed to you as soon as shipping is initiated.
Exchanges on "dead on arrival" items only after receiving confirmed RMA, email : sales@netbookplace.com .
All other returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and buyer wll pay return shipping.
No refund on open software; only defective media will be replaced.
